While Netflix hasn’t confirmed the show yet, and it’s unclear who from the original cast will return, there’s a chance Bethany Joy Lenz (who played Alex) could reprise her role if her schedule allows. This could finally reveal what Alex has been doing all these years and give her character the ending fans have been hoping for.
Kramer still appears to be good friends with her former One Tree Hill co-stars. This was clear at the Drama Queens wrap party, and she’s also been on the Drama Queens rewatch podcast, which is hosted by Bush, Bethany Joy Lenz, and Robert Buckley as they revisit the later seasons of the show.
