According to Page Six, the two individuals have made a deal with prosecutors that could lead to their charges related to illegal wiretapping being dropped as soon as next month.

Lawyers for the pair stated that all charges will be dropped in mid-June, and there will be no acknowledgment of wrongdoing or criminal record as a result.

Us Weekly has reached out to Hochstein, 43, and Glidden’s attorneys for comment.

I’ve been following this case closely, and it looks like the two people involved have agreed to a deal with the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office. Basically, instead of going through a full trial, they’re entering a program that could lead to the charges being dropped if they meet certain conditions. I understand it’s a way to avoid prosecution, and it seems like a good step for everyone involved.

As someone who really believes in second chances, I’m excited about this program! It gives people with minor, non-violent offenses a way to avoid a criminal record. Basically, it lets defendants take control and make positive changes, so they can stay out of trouble for good. The best part? It’s completely voluntary, and if they stick with the program, complete everything asked of them, and stay out of trouble while doing it, the State Attorney’s Office will dismiss the charges. It’s a real opportunity for people to turn their lives around.

In April, it was reported that both Hochstein and Glidden, age 54, were criminally charged in a case involving Glidden’s former husband, Leonard “Lenny” Hochstein.

Court documents claim that Hochstein and Glidden illegally and deliberately listened to, attempted to listen to, or had others listen to private conversations of Lisa’s ex-husband, Leonard ‘Lenny’ Hochstein, and the people he spoke with, between March 12th and March 31st, 2023.

After Hochstein and Glidden were charged, their lawyers stated that the issue is related to their difficult divorce and should be handled in family court, not criminal court.

Fans hoping to see the legal drama play out on reality TV may be out of luck.

Bravo has temporarily stopped production on The Real Housewives of Miami. They’ve decided not to create a new season right now.

Let me be clear: I didn’t make the call about the recent changes. As an executive producer on these shows, honestly, I’d love to have them airing constantly – it’s good for business! But I’m actually thrilled to see everyone so engaged and vocal about it. Word-of-mouth is huge, so I’m hoping all this passion translates into even more viewers. At the end of the day, television is a numbers game, and I want people tuning in!

When Hochstein turned herself in to authorities in April, her friends and fellow cast members, Alexia Nepola and Adriana de Moura, went to the Miami-Dade jail to stand by her.
