Frankie‘s recent appearance follows her story about being locked out of her Paris Airbnb for seven hours during the night.
The singer, previously known as a member of The Saturdays, traveled to Paris by train on Wednesday. She was there to see the Radica Studio fashion show during Paris Fashion Week.
She attended the show with her friends and coworkers from Faves. The women had also rented an Airbnb to stay in during their trip.
When Frankie and her friends returned from the show after enjoying dinner and cocktails, they discovered the lock on their apartment wasn’t working. Even after seven hours, the group was still unable to get inside.
Frankie used her Instagram Story to post a photo of herself and a friend sitting outside their rental. She publicly criticized Airbnb and the property owner, saying they weren’t helpful.
She shared that the @airbnb lock wasn’t working, leaving her and three other women stranded outside their rental. She wrote, ‘So you’re now 4 girls stuck outside your apartment.’
Everything’s stuck inside, the host and Airbnb are anything but helpful. 3 hours and counting…
She posted a screenshot of what the Airbnb host replied: ‘If you have already entered the apartment, we’ve never had any issues.‘
Just turn the key in the right direction, hold it turned, and push the door at the same time.
Referencing the response, Frankie wrote: ‘Helpful… Why didn’t we think of this?!’
Hours later, at around 4am, Frankie shared another update as she wrote: ‘Still not in… 7 hours.’
