Let me tell you, as someone who watches a lot of live television, those ‘Joke Swap’ segments can be really risky! While Colin Jost seemed to dodge a bullet this time, it’s definitely happened before. I remember back in December 2024, the SNL cameras clearly caught Scarlett Johansson – yes, his wife! – looking absolutely horrified by a pretty crude joke Michael Che had written about her. It was a moment, let me tell you!

Che admitted to being upset and explained, with a smirk, that his outburst stemmed from jealousy. He confessed to never having seen a woman’s genitals, jokingly clarifying that his experience with anatomy was limited to animals he encountered while working on a farm one summer.
