Two unmentioned offspring of the family were present during the reported incident inside the household. Subsequently, they shared accounts of the event with the law enforcement officials who subsequently arrived at the scene. Each provided a distinct narrative of what transpired, with the younger child claiming to the police that her mother had fallen from a ladder.
She claimed that her father had earlier discussed honesty with the police, but she asserted that he hadn’t instructed her on how to phrase it.
At the time of the argument, one of their sons was present inside the house as well. He emerged from the basement when he heard the commotion, but like everyone else, he didn’t witness Kroy pulling Kim down from the ladder.
After listening to both parties involved in the dispute, the police found it challenging to determine who was the main instigator or perpetrator of aggressive actions.
Zolciak and Biermann wed in 2011 before splitting up in 2023.
They have a combined family of six children, including Kroy Jr., age 13, Kash, who is 12, as well as twins Kaia and Kane, both aged 11. Furthermore, they are also parents to Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 23, who were previously welcomed by the celebrity mother and later adopted by her husband, the former football player.
As reported by TMZ, the couple in question recently concluded a chapter of their divorce proceedings with the sale of their luxurious home situated in Georgia.
Approximately two years ago, the former owners initially priced their house at a staggering $6M for sale. However, they eventually managed to sell it for just $2.75M – a noticeable decrease from the original asking price.
The price has been brought down several times since it was put on the market.
At a certain point, the house was on the verge of being seized for non-payment, but luckily, the pair were able to prevent it from going up for public auction.
The home was first purchased by the duo in 2012 for $880,000.
